When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. During peak season (November-December), please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via a variety of carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier used for your order will be indicated on your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States, including to APO/FPO addresses, and to Canada.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your account on our website or by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
I entered an incorrect shipping address. How can I correct it?
Please contact our customer service team immediately if you entered an incorrect address. We are often able to correct the address if we are notified before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy for most items from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. Personalized items, final sale items, and items purchased with a promo code discount may be non-returnable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please log into your account on our website and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the provided instructions. A return shipping label will be generated for you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we are happy to process exchanges for a different size, color, or style of the same item, subject to availability. Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Are your Christmas trees and decorations fire-resistant?
All our artificial Christmas trees, garlands, and wreaths are manufactured to be fire-resistant and meet or exceed applicable US fire safety standards. However, no Christmas tree is entirely fireproof. Always keep trees and decorations away from open flames and heat sources.
What is the warranty on your products?
We stand behind the quality of our products. Most of our trees and decorations come with a limited warranty. Please refer to the specific product page on our website for detailed warranty information.
I have a problem with a product I purchased. What should I do?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We can only modify or cancel an order if the request is made before it has entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being prepared for shipment.

We are an online-based retailer and do not have physical store locations for public shopping.

We do not offer physical swatches. We strive to provide high-quality, detailed photographs and accurate color descriptions on our product pages to help you make your selection.
How can I get help with a product that needs assembly?
